The moment I knew my oldest daughter would be just fine with boys for the rest of her life is when she was four-years-old and we were watching the animated version of “Beauty and the Beast“. And, the Beast has Gaston dangling off one of the castle spires and can choose to drop him to his doom or haul him back up… and before the Beast makes his decision, my daughter says, in her cute little four-year-old girl voice, “Drop him, he’s a liar.”!
