Description: When it comes to being happy you can either maintain your high standards or compromise. Ladies, you know what I’m talking about.
When you’ve got body image issues there’s three things you can do:
You can accept it. You can realize that you are just going to maintain the status quo and that that’s okay with you.
Or, you can change it. If you’re overweight you can lose weight. If you want to exercise you can do that, or eat healthy, or things like that.
Or option three: You can make yourself even better just by lowering your standards. Right? Just lower those standards. All the sudden it’s like “Hey, not bad after all!”
